Refund Policy

In the event that a refund is requested, all refund claims must be made within 10 days of receiving your order. Claims made after the 10 day period will not be accepted. Please check your orders carefully upon receipt and note the following.

If you ordered the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible via email. If the order has already been dispatched, we are unable to recall it. You will need to receive the delivery then post it back to the postal address that we provide via email. A refund will only be issued if the product is received by Jayapathics in its original undamaged condition. Jayapathics will not refund any postage costs in this instance.

If we supplied you with the wrong product, please contact us via email and we will ask you to return the parcel to our postal address. Once we’ve received the parcel we will issue you a full refund including postage costs and the correct product will be posted out at no extra postage charge.

If you received the product you ordered in a damaged condition request that Australia post send it back to Jayapathics as “Damaged In Transit”. Then please contact us via email informing us of the situation. Jayapathics will follow that up with Australia post and will resend the order.

If your order is incomplete, please contact us via email immediately. Jayapathics will investigate this and if this is the case, Jayapathics will send replacement stock, but not issue a refund
